Bunda Ginga supply Gourmet Garden raw ginger which gets turned into their stir-in ginger paste and ginger chips. Here are some yummy recipes they recently shared online. 

Ingredients

 

4 cinnamon teabags

1 1/2 cups boiling water

2 shots vodka

For ginger syrup;

1/2 cup stevia granules

1 cup water

2 large pinches Lightly Dried Ginger

Method

 

To make the syrup bring the water and stevia granules to the boil in a shallow pan and stir until dissolved. Add the ginger and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Set aside to cool and then strain out the ginger.

To make the cinnamon mixer, steep the teabags in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.

To make the cocktail add a shot each of ginger syrup and vodka to each glass and top with the cinnamon tea. Stir well, add ice and top with a sprinkle of Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Ginger.
