Immune-Boosting Tonic
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of ground turmeric
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup soda water
Dissolve the ginger and turmeric in a small amount of boiling water, then pour into a glass. Add the pineapple and lemon juice. Stir in the honey, top up with soda water and serve.
