Turmeric, Ginger and Lemon Tonic
INGREDIENTS
100g Fresh Turmeric
100g Fresh Ginger
1 Lemon
Water or Coconut Water
Honey to Taste
METHOD
Peel turmeric, turmeric and lemon and roughly chop. Place in a blender and cover with water. Blend for one minute on low, then strain. Store in a jar in the fridge. Add honey to taste.
This is a tonic which is meant to be consumed in small doses, can be adjusted by adding extra lemon or diluted with water depending on your taste.
